We will listen to you and ask some standard yet specific questions to get to know how your retail business operates and establish what your real business needs are.
Then once we agree on the best way forward we will come back to you with a business plan tailored around your business and your specific immediate needs.
We are not going to harass you or insist on a long term commitment, we will simply move at a pace and cost that you are comfortable with, and can afford.
The retail consulting will be tailored to suit your requirements, and regular contact with you can be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly, it is up to you as you control the process.
